Importance of leadership and culture



Leadership and culture are two most significant strategic variables that leaders need to manage . Leadership is very important as better employees are developed by better leaders therefore better employees and better leaders develop better products . Furthermore , the most important determinant of “getting through the swamp “ while imposing the change is the ability to leadership . Leadership is very important while managing change in an organizational surroundings because it is the one that allows to initiate the action . Leadership plays an significant role as  it provides guidance and helps to improve through feedback . Morale along with confidence also inclines due to leadership.



Moving further , culture is the thing that unites everyone in an organization because same beliefs , values , principles , rules and regulations are followed by all the employees  which makes them similar and encourages equality. In addition to this organizational culture develops unity as same culture is shared by all the workers .  Culture helps to encourage a healthy competition  due to which quality of work of the employees becomes better helps organization to reach to the zenith. Employees of a company becomes more loyal to the management of organization due to shared culture as they view themselves as a part of the organization.
